It is generally located in a spacious
place with free air ventilation and well away from buildings or other obstructions that may
affect the rain and wind observation. There are different meteorological instruments inside
the station, include a 2-meter height instrumental screen, rain gauge, anemometer, near
surface soil thermometer and deeper soil thermometer, etc.
